Shipping Policy

By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

 Shipping

We ship Saturday-Wednesday.  Please allow 3-5 business days for us to pack and ship your order. This may be affected by national holidays, vacation, etc. We currently shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is
responsible for tracking their shipment. Aurora Luna LLC is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. Make sure you have put in the correct shipping address at checkout. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the customer chooses to have their package shipped to a third party carrier – transport or courier company.

 PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SHIPMENT: If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 24 hours of the marked ‘delivery’. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us.

Multiple orders can be consolidated into one order (shipping overages will be refunded) but only before the shipment has shipped.

Aurora Luna LLC is happy to provide ground shipping free of charge on all orders exceeding $75. 

FPO/APO

 We are happy to ship packages to our service members and their families overseas.

Please understand that we are a small hobby business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The above information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into the business is also very valuable. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any situations that may arise. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.
